I want to add another message from the archive problem report.

The program WWAHost.exe version 10.0.18362.1 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

Hello supertucano! My name is Marco, I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.

Some malware disguises itself as WWAHost.exe, particularly when not located in the C:\Windows\System32 folder. Therefore, you should check the WWAHost.exe process on your PC to see if it is a threat.

I suggest it is 2 software, the first one helps to clean the browsers (better to do it.) And the second should perhaps fix your problem.

    AdwCleaner : https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

    Malwarebytes : https://malwarebytes.com/

Let me know if it worked.
