console window not opening (VS 2019)

I pressed Ctrl + F5 and the Console Window is no longer opening - instead it debugs and I get the output window once I manually stop the debugging process.
I'm not sure if I inadvertently changed the settings but the console window used to open using ctrl + f5. I don't want to reinstall VS 2019, does anyone have a solution

Are there any other projects in your solution? If yes, did you also set the specific project as startup project(right-click the project > Set as Startup Project)?
