We have a CRM database that we export contact information and import into Outlook. Two fields imported are binary. 1 or 0. These 'checkmark' fields need equivalent searchable and sortable Outlook fields that I can include on customized Contact General info pages as well as in the Contacts folder(s) columnar views. Which fields are available within Outlook for this purpose? Thanks! Jera Anderson

    Hi @Jera Anderson ,

    Welcome to our forum.

I understand you would like to find a field that support binary data in your Outlook contact page, is it right?

If so, have you tried to create a custom contact form? According to my research and test, I haven't found a dedicated binary field in field chooser of a contact form, and we may just could add the int field or yes/no field in the form, if that's your case, as a workaround, we could try to switch your data type and add the yes/no field to help you search and sort by this value.
