Event Viewer Error 10000

Every 3 minutes i get in event viewer this error:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {3C296D07-90AE-4FAC-86F9-65EAA8B82D22}. The error:

"5"

Happened while starting this command:

    DCOM errors are present on every computer running Windows 10. Does it cause any unexpected behaviour on your computer?

    Ok.. I understand 'DCOM errors are present on every computer running Windows 10' but is a bit strange to see in Event viewer every minute, every day since 12-oct-2019 the same error event:

    My windows is installed on May 2 2018, used 8 hours per day, and already more than 45000 of these errors occured.

    The only problem I have is that booting my computer takes 10! MINUTES...

    I cannot link this problem to the DCOM error, but also there are a few months since this is happening (Im not sure if exactly from 12 oct 2019)

    Thank you. 10 minutes is too much. What are the PC specs?

    Have you tried disabling unnecessary items in the task manager?

    I'm sure is not that simple :)

    My Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHz  with 4GB RAM is enough for Win 10.

    It started fine till a few momths ago. Since then I need to use Sleep instead of shut down to avoid 10 minutes wait (even 15 sometimes).

    Than, the first event registered by Event Viewer ( I checked all types of events to be returned) is at 13:44 !!!

    Between 13:30 and 13:44 I'm looking at Win Logo and the Hdd LED indicating NO Hdd activity.

    I tried Safe Boot, Diagnostic Startup...  all the same.... 10 minutes wait.

    I suspect a hardware issue... but where can I find where the boot process stops for 10 minutes?

    Unfortunately, there is no exact way to find this. Have you tried chkdsk??
