Vision 2016 Pro no Stencils?

Hi all:

I tried to create a new diagram in Vision 2016 Pro this morning and don't see any stencils no matter what diagram type I select (see attachments). Has anyone seen this and/or know of a fix, or is this Microsoft's way of forcing me to upgrade to a monthly Vision subscription?!

Based on your description, I have some questions as below.

1. Do you mean that this occur on every diagram type like Wireframe Diagram?
2. Can you see stencils before?
   If yes, do you have any operations recently like updating?
3. What's the version of your Visio?
   
   You could go to File>Account>Product Information>About Visio to check the version.
4. Can you "Click the More Shapes menu above to browse shape categories and open stencils" successfully?
