KB4516061 caused an issue last week with printing (specifically with HP Laserjet M118dw) at multiple locations. Uninstalled and problem went away. Now KB4524152 appears to have caused the same issue again.

First error "Function Discovery Print Provider DLL has stopping working"

Second error " Printer settings user interface has stopped working"

Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

We understand that you are receiving errors after installing KB4524152 update on the computer running Windows 10 Enterprise LSTB **** 2016 1607.

After installing KB4516061, the print spooler service may intermittently have issues completing a print job and may result in a print job being canceled or failing. Some apps may close or generate errors when the print spooler fails and you may receive a remote procedure call error (RPC error) from some printing utility or printing apps and this issue is resolved in KB4524152.
