What we have seen aftersomeone made a password change the service PASSWORD CHANGE NOTIFICATION SERVICE generates an error that there are no Endpoints available. That behavoiur is caused because the service WINDOWS SERVER ESSENTIALS EMAIL SERVICE can’t start. After starting the service stops because of a .net Framework error. Did someone have seen this issue and found a solution?

    Hi,
According to your description, I suggest that you could use process monitor tool to capturer the crash process. To find which file may caused the crash. This will help you solve the problem better. This issue may be related to access C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Server\Data file failed. So using process monitor could tell you more information about which file could not access.
