I had to disable the WDDM Driver. Since then, all my applications are now working.
Software no longer work in remote desktop windows 10
Hello,
I am using a PC (PC-A) to remote desktop into another PC (PC-B). Since the update 20H2 I am no longer able to launch two software inside the remote desktop. When I launch them, they both crash.
Both PC are updated to the last windows version
One strange behavior is when I physically log into the PC-B that is used for remote desktop. I am able to run the software without issue. The issue only occurs when I try to run the software from a remote desktop session within PC-A
Thank you for your help.
Simon

2021-03-23T09:38:15.277+00:00 For the application crashes in the Remote Desktop Connection issue, you could find the Event Viewer to see if there is any crash error event code in the Application event or System event which may indicate the specific process after you connect to the Remote Desktop Session. In the meanwhile, check the Processes Status of the Task Manager when this issue is occurring. Considering the Update is released recently. We still need to know more information about the build version that Windows 10, version 20H2 installed on your device. Please using winver command to find the Windows version. This should show the “About Windows” with Windows Version and Build: 14393.4283 Besides, please provide the crash software/application name. ![80576-image.png][1] [1]: /api/attachments/80576-image.png?platform=QnA

2021-03-23T10:53:47.64+00:00 Thank you for you awnser.
PC-A version is 20H2 -> 19042.870
PC-B version is 20H2 -> 19042.870As for the application crash. they don't crash the same
-Solidworks : The loading windows appear, get stuck on loading registry then crash (Application error Faulty ID is 0x2f8c)
-Sigmanest : I can get in the application, however, there are errors message all the time such as access violation at address 00000000000000 in module 'SigmaNEST.exe'
-Access : Says was not able to initiate the registry (No error in event)Regards

2021-03-24T11:18:09.36+00:00 Hi, Simon.
We still need to confirm the name of the RemoteApp you are running?
Or, typically we suggest that you try to publish notepad with RemoteApp to see if it crashes or not.
If only the third-party app occurs errors, then it will involve the provider that is the third-party application to see if something went wrong with its app.Best Regards
