Microsoft Teams microphone problem

The quality of my microphone sound is very poor. Everyone else in the meeting can barely hear me. Same equipment has no problems in zoom or messenger. The sound quality is same bad both when I use Teams in Chrome and in Desktop version. Any ideas how I could fix this problem ? ( OS - Windows 10 )

    When you join the meeting, please remember to adjust the volume of your microphone as below:

    In addition, makes sure your client is the latest version.

    When does this problem happened? Do you do any changes?
