Changing PIN

I have a 4-digit PIN I use to sign into my laptop, but I want to change it. The steps say to go into the Sign-in options and change it from there but I don’t see it in that area. Any other method I tried had not worked. Using “Forgot my PIN” and “Windows Hello PIN” did not work.

Do you want to try deleting the contents of the NGC folder as described here?

It's a Dell Support article SLN308335 if the link above doesn't work.

I am prompted to login into my Microsoft account but then says “All set! You can sign in with your PIN now.” But I am trying to change it.

Ok, if you were to click on "This option is currently unavailable-click to learn more" under Windows Hello PIN, what do you get?

    Hi Tyler,

I'm an independent advisor and have a question for you.

Is this your work computer and joined to a Active Directory Domain?
