I would recommend you change the screensaver format from .scr to jpg and then check the result.
Then ,what's the version of your clients?
Did all the clients have the same issue?

Dear All,
we have applied screen saver in .scr format to client machine, we are able to view screen saver in local machine.
we have preview that screen saver but its not ruining automatically after machine ideal time finished.
