I installed the driver that came with the adaptor and same result. The windows is updated. What should I do? I want to pair my PC to a headset.

    1. Windows Version 1909
    2. I've built the PC myself(CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700, GPU: RTX 2060, Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M DS3H)
    3. I've tried and it's the same thing, windows does not recognise the adaptor
    4. The adaptor works on my laptop so it is not broken
