I found out that it's a bug in Visual Studio 16.8.5. It's fixed in the latest release.
can't move tab

If I have several winforms opened in visual studio, I can move one to another monitor. If I move another tab to the second monitor, or drop it on the other tab moved previously, the program crashes. This also happens in the MSQL Server management studio. If I try to move a tab it crashes. What's the problem?
