Hi ,
Please refer to the following steps:
1.Connect the external drive with the system image backup and the system repair disc to your computer.
2.Reboot your computer from the repair disk. Choose the appropriate language options, time and currency format, and keyboard layout, and click Next.
3.Click Repair your computer. Then Click Troubleshoot and System Image Recovery.
4.Select the operating system you wish to recover.
5.Locate the backup image you wish to restore and click Next.
The most recent image is selected by default, but you may choose an older one if you wish.
6.If you wish to recreate the disk partition scheme and reformat disks that Windows can access, select the Format and repartition disks checkbox.
Note: This operation will erase any existing partitions and disks on your computer.
7.Then, click "Next" > "Finish "> "Yes" to start the Windows server 2012 system image recovery from the external hard drive.
Best Regards,
Candy
