Notifications & Background Apps

Hi, I want to know whether I'll be able to recieve notifications if turn off background running for apps like To-Do, News, etc.

    No, apps turned off in Background Apps will not get notifications.

    Besides setting your Notification preferences for apps in Settings > System > Notifications by clicking on the apps, another way to turn off Notifications for the apps is to turn them off in Background Apps.
