Hello, I need your help. I don't understand why I can connect to my microsoft account, and not to my teams microsoft account? Why doesn't the system recognize my mobile number? Why?

Except for the code from mobile phone, you could try to send a verification code to email address.

Hi,

unfortunately when I try to recover the account, it tells me that microsoft does not recognize the data that I am sending it, and that it uses the data that I created when starting this account. Honestly, I do not know what more data I have to send, I have no knowledge of other data, apart from my email and phone number.

Anyway, I have tried again to enter microsoft teams, and it tells me that my phone number is being used in another account, as it says in this photo.

How can I cancel all this?

I also met the same issue before if you use the same mobile phone number to create multiple microsoft account.

Could you find your previous account and login to Teams?

This is exactly what I have done (same mobile phone number to create multiple microsoft account), because my main PC camera stopped working and I had to use the laptop, and then this conflict got me and it does not allow me to use the microsoft teams. I imagine for security, but how can I fix it?

-Yes, but as I say before, on my main PC, I have access to my microsoft account with no problem. The only thing is that when I want to open the TEAMS for conferences, it asks for my phone number .... and then it's over, it won't let me go any further ...

I love TEAMS, I have used it with great pleasure, and mostly I only use teams, sometimes webex, but in general TEAMS

It may related to Microsoft Teams MFA authentication, you can try to change your phone number to another to see if it works. For more details about how to change it, you can refer to:
