WUAUSERV - Stuck Stopping - Server 2016 only

I have 20+ servers across 4 different sites which Windows Update Service keeps stopping,

I have fixed all CSB Errors using DISM and downloading fresh set of WINSXS Files, but I still have servers that still resort back to STOPPING,

Its driving me insane, I have logged a ticket via Action Pack, but no joy yet.

Any Suggestions?

Hi Luke,
Have you tried to reset Windows Update components to check?

If we could use the command or process explorer to kill this service.

I have done some of the items on that guide but not others, I will give it a go.

I have killed the service a few times, but after a day or two, it becomes stuck again. Strange its happening to so many servers across so many enviroments.
