photos saved as webpage instead of .jpg

Lately when I open an attached photo from my phone it won't let me hit file, save as.  They are going to my google drive.  How do I change this?

    I don't know what the problem was, but it fixed itself when I rebooted my computer.

    Likely in your phone or your browser settings.

    Depends on phone and browser.

    However this is not a Windows 10 question.

    I recommend to either ask in the forum of the app or the forum of the device manufacturer if it is a standard app which comes with the device.
