I have already tried all these solutions and my computer is a desktop that I assembled a few months ago. None of these solutions are working.
Time Clock constantly resetting
Hi,
So I have been having this problem where my window's clock always goes 7 hours ahead PST anytime I reset/turn off my computer. I have had the option where it sets my time and time zone automatically on before, yet it would still reset the clock to 7 hours ahead. I even turned it off and it would still automatically set itself 7 hours ahead. In order to temporary fix this I would need to turn on the time option.
This also happened on my previous laptop whenever I needed to reset it as well. I am hoping someone on here will have a solution to this problem because it has been annoying me for the past few months.
Thanks

2020-03-12T05:51:43+00:00 Hi Somebody. I'm Greg, an installation specialist, 10 year Windows MVP, and Volunteer Moderator here to help you.
Right click the Time and date at right end of Taskbar, Choose Adjust Date/Time,
In pop up box scroll down to Related Settings , choose Date, Time & Regional Settings
In Popup again under Related Settings, scroll down to choose Additional date, time & regional settings.
In popup under Date & Time, choose Set the Time and Date.
Then click on Internet Time tab, and Change Settings, tick the box to Synchronize with an Internet Time Server, change Time server in dropdown menu, then Update Now, then OK on small box, OK on large box.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and let us know how it goes. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.

The only other reason I can think of is the CMOS battery has run down. It is what keeps the BIOS/UEFI time off of which Windows gets its time bearings on a PC.
See here how to change laptop CMOS battery:
