That is strange, okay, download the 1607 ISO, which should definitely install and then should update automatically to the latest supported version . . .
PC doesn't upgrade windows 10

Computer been running windows 10 for quite some time. 3 days ago it went back to windows 8. So I upgraded to windows 8.1 Now it doesn't allows windows 10 upgrade it says (Your PC contains an Intel processor (codename Clover Trail), which is not supported on this version of Windows 10)
Please help.

If you have a Clover Trail processor, your PC is only supported up to Windows 10 version 1709, you cannot install a later version of Windows 10 on your device if that is your processor type . . .
Click this safe link to download the Windows 10 ISO 1709 version

Then you can use that to upgrade back to Windows 10 . . .
