Windows Hello Face Not Working

My Windows Hello Face not working after inserting a camera and showing that  "we couldn't find a camera compatible with windows hello face" How can I fix this problem?  

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Windows Hello, lock screen and sign-in

    Please answer the following questions so we have a better idea of how we will work on this:

    1. What's the brand and model of the camera you're using?
    2. Is it "plug-and-play" or does it come with an installation disc for the drivers?
    3. Are you plugging it to a PC tower, or a laptop?

    Any information you provide will greatly help us in resolving this case.

    Hello,

    1. It's Logitech C170
    2. It is working and I used it on my pc many times for video calling
    3. I have a PC and I have plugged it in USB 
    4. All the Drivers are Updated and working properly
