Launch Lab Error - Hmm, something went wrong

When I try to access the labs I get the message "Launch Lab Error - Hmm, something went wrong". Note: I had access another lab before and did not have any challenge. Can anyone assist. Thanks in advance.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
