Surface Pro i7 in Docking Station
Windows 10 Pro Version 1909 (OS Build 18363.836)

I have a monitor on a KVM switch. It supports 1920x1200. Unfortunately, The resolutions available are:
2048 x 1152 (I can set it to this but I don't know what it actually uses)
1920 x 1080

I have a desktop on the KVM switch and the resolutions are:
1920 x 1200 (It is set to this)
1920 x 1080

How do I get the 1920 x 1200 resolution back?

I'd try without the KVM also try updating the graphics adapter driver.

    Hi,

Update the display adapter maybe helpful.

Click Device Manager from the menu. In the manager, find your display adapter, right-click it, and select Properties. Then, in the Driver tab, click Uninstall, and then check the checkbox for deleting your driver software.

Restart your PC once the uninstall is finished. Windows will then detect that the display adapter doesn't have drivers, and install the latest ones.

Hope above information can help you.
