After Windows update, display language changed

I want to have English as my display language. After Windows 10 update the display language changed to Slovak but I want to get back English. Help me to change it. I use Windows 10 Pro

    Hi Federico, Greg is here (an Independent advisor).

    Below you’ll find a method to follow.

    1)Move to Start, then select Settings and Time & Language.

    2)On the left pane, click on Language and press Add Language on the right pane.

    3)Follow the link to the article on how to Install language Language packs and install it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14236/...

    4)Once installed, click on it to view the following options: Set as default, Remove. Click on Set as default.

    6)Sign out of your user account and sign in back again.
