If you are using 2017 and later versions, you could view specific information in the error log in the following path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\LogFiles.
I usually check the specific error message in the path, and then resolve it symptomatically.
Find the time corresponding to the subscription in the latest log, and find the error message by searching for "error".
Could you share the error log here so that we can find a suitable solution?
