OneDrive not enough space when there is

I have been using OneDrive since January 2021 which has worked fine so far. Today its started telling me there isn't enough space when there is. I have even upgraded to 100GB (which clearly wasn't needed) as my storage say its only using 1.38MB. This is causing me a lot of stress as I have a lot of personal info in there and now documents Ive used today aren't saving and show a big red X on them When clicking on the bottom right cloud it says SYNC ISSUES - NOT ENOUGH SPACE. I have spent the last hour researching and I have done a reset and even uninstalled and reinstalled but still the same issue. I need to fix this issue ASAP otherwise I will have to move to another cloud. Please Help!
