my visa debit card paynent rejected

All the details i enter for payment are corect but i keep getting this messages," Credit card payment are not accepted", yet am not using a credit card.

When do you get this error message?

If you are using Azure subscription and getting this error then I suggest you contact Azure subscription management team by raising a support request.
