https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4529832/updating-to-windows-10-version-1903-on-devices-with-some-driver-versio

and it guide me to this page:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4529832/updating-to-windows-10-version-1903-on-devices-with-some-driver-versio

I see no Realtek bluetooth device in my device manager ! even though i tried these updates on all my Bluetooth devices (enumerator and LE enumerator) and it did not work.

    Hi,

I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

It usually is due to a file named RtkBtfilter which is present either from a very old WiFi adapter you used or sometimes with Realtek sound driver.

    Via https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

    Rename

    c:/windows/system32/drivers/RtkBtfilter.sys to RtkBtfilter.sys.bak
