Windows Defender update

Good Day

Having trouble updating Defender within Windows 10.

Window 10 Pro

Version 1909

OS Build 18363.476

Been having the issue for a couple of weeks now and tried everything but still not working.

Please help

    Try resetting windows updates.

    Make sure you run the script as an administrator.

    The downloaded file doesn't even open ( mpam-fe.exe).
