Visual Studio reset settings not working

Question

Hello, The settings in attached image does not reset to default efter I choose to reset all settings. I have tried both of these ways (through developer command prompt and through Visual studio interface):

It seems that there is something missed in "ResetSettings", we suggest you report it to developer community: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/report?space=8&entry=problem, the product team will evaluate them seriously.
