after join domian cannot change power plan setting

after i join domain server 2012, i cannot change power plan , and show me some of these setting are hidden or managed by your organization. i try to login by administrator also same issue, even i try to logout domain and use local administartor same issue also.

If the power plan can't be changed for all the domain joined clients or part of them , it may managed by the domain group policy .
I would suggest you check the group policy settings by the following command :
Run CMD as administrator and runt he command :gpresult /h report.html
Then ,check if power plan related settings in the report.
If yes, you can find the settings was deploy on which GPO .

This policy setting specifies the active power plan from a list of default Windows power plans. To specify a custom power plan, use the Custom Active Power Plan setting.

If you enable this policy setting, specify a power plan from the Active Power Plan list.

If you disable or do not configure this policy setting, users control this setting.

thank you for your answer, after i check report seem like i disable already. but problem is i still cannot edit by user ?

Runt he command :gpresult /h report.html to check if there are any user settings from the domain too.
