Problem with reflexive connectivity - gateway (webrtc)

Hi i have the problem i mentioned in the topic. When I chat on discord it interrupts me terribly and the problem is the gateway (webrtc). I have contacted discord support but the problem is not really on their side - They recommended me to call my internet provider. They reset the router and the gateway but that did nothing and the problem still exists. I have completely reset my computer to 0 and what? The problem still occurs. I think it may be the fault of the services I have disabled but I have no idea if this is true. That is why I am asking for help here. At the bottom I will send screen shots of my disabled services and maybe someone will be able to help me. And if it is not the services then maybe the router has somehow damaged itself? I do not know anymore.
