Weird line in taskbar

hello i have a problem to my Computer There's a strange line flashing in the taskbar every 10 seconds and i diagnostic my pc quickly by checking vga cable was loosen and the graphics card driver are up to date and i try resetting my Monitor's settings nothing happends again all the time, can someone what is the problem to my computer thanks

    Hi Justin_581,

    My name is Lee and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have a similar issue before and I found out that it's the current themes that is causing it. I also check everything before even re-install the GPU driver. I am just wondering maybe it is the same issue as your. Try to change themes maybe it helps.

    If my suggestion did not solve the issue, please reply back so we can try other step.
