    Hi Andrei,

Run Services as administrator. In the Services window, locate Credential Manager Service and double-click on it to open its Properties box. Here “Stop” it.

Next, set it to “Automatic” and then click on the Start button to restart the service.

Then you could proceed with Method 5.

Thank you for continuing to help me.

I did all the methods (some of them I already tried, so I omitted those) from your new link, excepting one, Method 5, and again nothing.

When I click "Stop" for "Network List Service" this window is popping up:

Thank you for tring to help me and I wish we can solve the problem.

    Hi Andrei,

You can go ahead and double click on the Default key under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update (the one on your screenshot) and change its value to 1

If that doesn't work, here are other methods that you could try to troubleshoot

Ok. So I tried the first 2 Methods and the 4th and 5th and nothing. I couldn't try the 3th one because when I enter

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update" to check EnableFeaturedSoftware Data and make sure that it's value is set to 1, there is not that registry.

    There is a screenshot.
