Fixing (c)

Question

My laptop been fixing (c) for 10 days and still at stage 1 89%. I wonder if it is normal and how long to wait for the other stage. It's very frustating

your hard drive is showing any fault or noise?

Hey thank you for the tips. I think i'm going to wait first until it get's 100% on stage 1. And if it doesn't give significant changes i will try the steps. Thank you once again^^
