Hi Microsoft guys,

I have found that in HPC Pack 2019 there is a component "Microsoft HPC Pack 2019 Compact ComputeNode" (HpcCompute_x64.msi) which can be pre-installed on "ComputeNode image" and only Certificate needs to be installed, and ClusterConnectionString, SSLThumbprint added to the registry.

It works pretty well, but my biggest concern is that i can't find any information about this new component on internet.

Is it good to use it, or it's still in test stage.

Br, Vytautas

@VytautasSantaris-3368

Apologies in delayed response.

This component is used for Burst to Azure IaaS compute node feature and officially supported.
It contains a subnet of compute node assemblies (Some tools are removed).

Hope this helps.
