Greetings! We are in the process of replacing our traditional PC's with Lenovo Thin Client. I have created a test environment in Azure with Server 2019 DC Edition acting as AD and 1 VIrtual Machine for client to connect via RDP or RDWeb. RDWeb is working fine but after few minutes of activity the session crashes. Hence I tried MSTSC from a traditional desktop with Windows 10 pre-installed. RDP session stays active and performance compare to web session is far better. If I try to connect with FreeRDP or RDP from Lenovo Thin client which comes with default O/S LeTOS. Connection couldn't be established. It simply says ''Server is not reachable / invalid. Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Hi,
Thank you for posting your query. According to your description, the problem probably focuses on your ip address or DNS. So it is suggested that you try a fixed ip address and try again. Additonally, since you are using traditional PC with Lenovo Thin Client, there must be something to do with the Thin Client itself. So you can also contact Lenovo to do some checking for you.

    Best Regards,
    Grace
