%AppData% command doesn't work from Windows key + R shortcut

Hi,

Since 2 or 3 days, I can't open the AppData\Roaming folder via the execute program.

I tried to run the  sfc /scannow command in an elevated command prompt, and there was no problem detected.

I also tried to run the  gci env: command  in an elevated PowerShell and the path is good.

I can access this folder by typing %appdata% in the file explorer bar. The shell:appdata command also works in the execute program.

Can anyone help me solving this problem ? Thank you for the help and sorry for my bad english...

Here is a capture of the popup which appears when I'm trying to run the %appdata% command.

Here is another capture of the file's content.

Thank you for the help,

Paul-Émile

Hi Paul-Émile, I am Paulo. I'm an Independent Advisor.

Try using the search box in the start menu instead and enter the command %appdata% there or simply use Win + Run then just type Appdata without % and see f that opens the folder.

If that still won't open the Appdata folder, try the solutions in this thread:
