Is visual studio 2019 enterprise supports SharePoint 2016 development and if it is supports which version of office developer tools to download?
You just need to install Office/SharePoint development tool(Tools->Get tools and Features...), then you could find SharePoint 2016 solution templates.

Hi very thanks when i create new project for SP 2016 in VS 2019 which .Net Frame Work should i select?
.Net FrameWork 4.6 or .Net FrameWork 4.6.1
SharePoint 2016 use .NET Framework 4.6, so both versions should be ok.
