Examen registration error

Hi team. I tried to schedule my exam AZ900 but the browser redirect to following message error: - https://examregistration.microsoft.com/error?s=ERROR_CANDIDATE_NOT_FOUND. I followed the activities they recommend to solve the error but they did not work for me. Is it possible that it fails because in my legal name I put a special character "é"? Can I change my legal name so that it does not have this special character? Thanks.
