Thank you for the confirmation. Kindly confirm the other question as well. Did you bring this PC to a local repair show previously and had a repair / OS re-installation?

It is possible that the image installed is KMS activated (crack version) that is why it is asking you to connect the PC to an organization network where the KMS activation server is located. Do you have a valid Product Key for Windows 10 Pro?

    Sincerely,

    Lee

The message in red shows you have a licence linked to a business or company. Is this a company device or your personal device. Has it been registered at your company?

This is the result of a volume licence which is illegal for a personal user, hence the question above.

If it has been to a repair shop they may have installed Windows 10 Pro instead of Windows 10 Home. Do you know the history of the licence.

Was it pre-installed by the manufacturer of the device.

Did you buy the licence separately via a 3rd party website.

Was it an upgrade to Windows 10 from a previous windows version, Windows 7 or 8.

    Hi Hambasad,

Please answer the following questions before I will provide you suggestions on how to resolve this issue:

    1. Do you have a copy of your Windows 10 Pro Product key?
    2. Did you happen to bring this PC to a local repair shop in the past and had an OS re-installation? Did you re-install OS yourself in the past?
    3. Kindly check the edition showing in: Settings > System > About > Check if the edition under Windows Specification shows Windows 10 Enterprise or Windows 10 Pro

I'll be waiting for your response.

    Sincerely,

    Lee
