phone outlook app emails stay in draft folder

Question

From my outlook app running on a pixel phone all my sent emails stay in the draft folder and show up on my laptop outlook email also in the draft folder. So, i cannot send email from my phone. I have reloaded latest outlook app twice.

Does this issue only happened to your pixel phone? And can you successfully send emails out from your laptop Outlook?
