LUIS.ai - Phrase list not identified even though it is set as Active

Question

As we see below, phrase list is added and ‘isActive’.

Now, when utterance is entered, it shows an entity ‘closedAnswer’ but does not show the phrase list we added.

Note: The application has already been trained and published

@DhruvD-3036 Can you please add any error details and about the phrase list that has been added in ML features. In LUIS new features the pattern.any Create a entity (Go to Entities -> Create, will be one of the options), and put that entity whatever you call it and put it in the pattern, and where name acts as a placeholder for whatever text that happens after words put in the utterance. </p>
