I have the preview of MS Teams installed on a Ubuntu 18.04 machine with the XFCE4 window manager. My default browser is Firefox and I also have Chrome installed. Clicking on links in MS Teams always opens Chrome instead of Firefox and I can't find an option to change it.

Can you please post the contents of your ~/.config/mimeapps.list file?

And the output of the xdg-settings get default-web-browser command

@Milan Ziegler Thank you for trying Teams for Linux and sharing your feedback! I just tried on my Ubuntu 18.04 machine with the XFCE4 windows manager, but didn't reproduce the issue.

May I know if it will open Chrome when you click on links from other applications? Does the issue only happen with Teams? Besides, kindly try to set the Chrome as default web browser, then change back and check the result.
