What you see is the residue of a malware infection that your virus scanner eliminated. Something in your PC still tries to invoke the bad program. To prevent the error message from appearing you need to give the dog a bone to chew on, e.g. like this:

    1. Mark the code line below, then press Ctrl+C to copy it.
    2. Press the Windows key+R
    3. Press Ctrl+V to paste the code line.
    4. Press Enter, then Enter again.

Please remember to mark my reply by clicking "Did this solve your problem?".

    cmd  /c  cd 2>C:\Users\state\AppData\Local\Temp\cEUI.vbs & Pause
