I cannot enable or disable any services on my pc(windows 10). every button is gray under path to executable, does anyone know how to make the buttons not gray?

    Yes services are not per user so you can switch accounts no problem.

    thank you ross! once i change the services on admin and i logout and sign back into my normal user account are those settings saved?
