Hi gaot10018,

Got it, thanks. I'm done looking at your file, and the culprit is caused by a driver called SecTDIService found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAG\SecTDI.sys". Do you have other USB devices plugged into your PC or an application name like "SAG Control Center" perhaps?

This driver attempted to access invalid pages to your RAM module while it was busy with IRQ; which means, it could also be a hardware issue in your RAM module. With this, kindly complete the steps below & see if it fixes it.

  1. Run a full virus scan via Windows Security and other security apps you have installed.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/401326...

  1. Download this tool below & complete a full malware scan & removal. Once done, reboot your PC.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...

  1. Let's repair any possible corrupted system files also. Press the CTRL+SHIFT+ESC keys together >click File menu > click "Run new task" > type cmd & tick the checkbox "Create this task with administrative privileges" > click OK > copy/paste below command one line at a time. Once, done reboot your PC.

SFC /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

  1. Then, kindly update that driver in Device Manager, and reboot your PC.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402844...

  1. I'd also recommend doing a rigid memory test via the Memtest86 tool below.

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

  1. If the issue persists, I suggest uninstall that "SAG Control Center" or related application and/or unplug any device that could be related to it.

I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Paul A.
