Hi all, I'm testing to use Exchange to perform clear-mobiledevice -accountonly. But after i triggered the command stuck at AccountOnlyDeviceWipePending. From ECP, the access state show "Access Denied". my device is not directly connect to Exchange but thru MobileIron. Any idea. Thanks. Y

    Hi @BH Yeo

    What's your Exchange server version?

    I would recommend you firstly try using the solution provided in this link to change the status "access denied" for the mobile device from Exchange server side.
