Hi, I have have been having some trouble with the search bar in my computer. when I search up apps for discord, or virtualbox, CMD, and powershell and some others they just don't appear anymore. Then When I try to run powershell from the super users menu (right clicking the windows icon) it says it can't find the app. I navigated to the folder it specified under appdata and it is an empty folder once I find it. I have already tried to redo the index of apps that appears on the search bar but that didn't do anything.  How do I fix this?

Hi,

if a app re-index doesn't work. I would try doing a Windows 10 reset in case an update has thrown something out.
