"Cannot open install.log file."

When I tried to uninstall an app I got an error message "Cannot open install.log file." How can I fix this?

    A lot of software developers do not create good uninstallers, the best option is to use a 3rd party utility like the Free version of Revo Uninstaller, which will uninstall even the most stubborn software, which Windows will refuse to uninstall . . .

    Thanks, but that didn't work either. Revo Uninstaller did not find the program I'm trying to uninstall. Sigh.

    Locate the folder that application is installed in, please provide a screenshot of that folder, showing the location of the folder and its contents . . .
